We feature music from all around the world and draw much from the rich array of musicians already in London. Over the years we have developed into becoming a great first arrival point for world music ensembles and singer songwriters from abroad who relish the intimate, cosy London setting.
This year we have organised three livestreamed concerts with no audience present, from Sands Films and from Stanley Halls. In collaboration with Discos Corasón in Mexico, we have recorded one "WhyFly?" concert then streamed as part of the Festival Internacional Cervantino. Last week we held one livestreamed concert with a socially distanced audience featuring a cycle of songs we commissioned for the Mayflower 400th anniversary. We regularly feature music from across Europe, including Flamenco, Klezmer but also other regions and genres less well known. We feature music from Asia, Latin America and Africa.
Tuned In London has been running intimate gigs in S.E. London for the past nine years. Venues include Sands Films, St Mary's Church, the Finnish Church, the Norwegian Church and the Brunel Museum. The programme is now run by Tuned In Events CIC (Community Interest Company).
