Tzig'Art is both a French label and a company of artists for creating, producing, and distributing musical, choreographic, and cinematic works since 2003. It serves as a welcoming ground for modern transdisciplinary creations, new writings, and diverse and unexpected artistic forms. From its origins in "Tziganie," the realm of Slavic and Gypsy music, Tzig'Art has preserved the spirit of cross-cultural fusion and the insatiable curiosity and wonder of nomadic cultures.
Since 2011, under the artistic direction of Clotilde Rullaud, Tzig'Art has become a creative incubator with international influence. By engaging institutional networks and seeking out creative partner spaces, Tzig’Art provides fertile ground for creative impulses and exploration. Interdisciplinarity and “accidental synchronicities,” central concepts in Clotilde’s existence and creative process, bring together unique artists into a creative archipelago.
The Tzig'Art association has been supported by the DRAC Île de France since 2020. It is part of the Zone Franche network, FELIN, and the MEWEM network.
