World Music Festival
In 2018, The First World Music Festival is launched and counted on 10 guest countries, 14 presentations, and more than 66 artists on stage. Groups like Black String from Korea, Melina Moguilevsky from Argentina, El Tuyero Ilustrado from Venezuela, Keltoum Walet Emastagh from Mali, Africa, Sona Jobarteh from Mali, Africa, Elida Almeida from Cape Verde, Africa, Renata Rosa and Francisco el hombre from Brazil, The Thing from the Scandinavian countries, Insula (Martinique, Francia), Ladama (United States, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil and Colombia) and Oreka from the Basque Country were present. Concertmaster Ceferina Banquez, concertmaster Carmelo Torres and the Guarura group represented Colombia. All the concerts included a conversatory moderated by an expert on the topic; and activities such as master classes for music students and/or demonstrations from the artists, which contributed to the formation of the audience in general.
