Urban Inclusion Community Ltd is currently engaged in a number of new initiatives in the creative, cultural and arts sectors in response to the global pandemic that has impacted the world and its economies. As part of a wider programme of support, Urban Inclusion Community has entered an exciting partnership with Sound Diplomacy, leaders in the music economy and over the last 12 months has been working with Cities in West Africa, especially Lagos and Accra to promote the value of music, illustrating its contribution to sustainable development, economic growth and job creation.

West Africa is packed with musical talent and Lagos is already a global music destination, hub and hot spot for Afro-beat and Hip Life but there are still a number of challenges that need to be addressed to ensure its musical talent is given the best chance to succeed with an enabling environment that encourages creativity, skills development and entrepreneurship.
