The group was formed in 1993. It consists of 3 main musicians who play and sing traditional music from the island of Crete. They also compose music and lyrics, based on the musical forms created on the island. Additional musicians perform with the group in concerts.
Musical instruments: lyras, boulgari, Cretan lute, Constantinople lute, mandolin, oud, traditional winds and percussion.
Concerts: Greece, Canada, Italy.
