Fausto Bordalo Dias is one of the first true, more prolific and tasteful Portuguese singer-songwriters. Seen as an anti-fascist intervention singer before the revolution, he largely transcends the label by being a skilful and brilliant composer able to use the Portuguese folclore in very innovative ways, filling it with the most intelligent-delicate poetry.
