Morteza Godarzi, dotar player and maghami singer, is one of the youngest musicians keeping the tradition of music making in North Khorassan alive; maestro Haj Ghorban Soleimani has given him his licence and consent in his youth and he has been presented by numerous awards from different music festivals for his artistic talent.
