Cecile Rata works for Africa Fete since 2001, festival and label founded by Mamadou Konte. Based in Dakar, she's the director of production since 2007. She's co-founded the representation of Africa Fete in Europe, called Cola Production (Marseille). Since 2007, she's the general administrator of BEMA, African Export Music Office.
