Winner of the “2004 Fabrizio De Andrè Prize”, Luca De Nuzzo, songwriter from Apulia,
writes his songs in the dialect of San Severo (Foggia).
With the intention of stimulating the mutual interest of different Italian traditions and cultures, he also uses this dialect to tell stories that go beyond those which belong to typical popular culture.
This project is also inspired by listening to French artists whose style is very similar to his native
dialect.
