In 2007 the Jaipur Virasat Foundation, which supports traditional arts and music in Rajasthan, India brought together seven folk musicians from different castes and religions, who would never normally play together. It invited Jason Singh, a beat-boxer from Manchester and Bex Mather, a guitarist and song writer to join the musicians. Other artists from England came out to join the band from time to time. This is the story of a unique collaboration, which transcends cultural and religious divides, and toured India bringing its exuberant blend of traditional folk music and contemporary rhythms to rapturous audiences.
