Hilton Schilder is a composer and keyboard player. He specializes in Cape Jazz and includes traditional African instruments in his performances and recordings. He is a founder member of the celebrated Goema Rock outfit, The Genuines and the Goema Captains. Hilton is also a member of Robbie Jansen's, Sons of Table Mountain and plays a central role in Jansen's recordings. His own band is called The Hilton Schilder Band.
