Fusing psychedelic grooves with northeast Brazilian rhythms and Tropicalia influences of the Brazilian late 60s era, Brazilian Canadian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist JER creates an eclectic sound that challenges preconceived notions of what constitutes traditional Brazilian music.
Born in the state of Bahia, JER is a musical sensation whose enchanting vocals, soulful melodies, and captivating stage presence have made her a prominent figure in the contemporary music scene.
