"We made the buttons on the screen look so good you'll want to lick them" - Steve Jobs

With a billion tiny screens on smartphones, digital art, video and images are an increasingly important part of the consumer experience of the music you want to promote. This conference will explore the importance of images and design to mobile music services. We will first show how innovation is achieved through design and examine the possibilities opened up by 'interactive design'. We will explain how music could be more 'visible' on these billions of tiny screens through improved use of design, images and video, and we will predict some possible new usages of music in the future through a 'design thinking' method.
