This session will build off the Sync 101 session held at WOMEX 20 by putting the practical knowledge learned into use by exploring real-life examples of music licensing in film, TV and ads. Through real synchronizations presented by the panellists, attendees will discover the steps in the music placement process, the importance of understanding who owns the rights to your music, and what you need to have ready for music supervisors and studios to consider licensing your music seriously.
