Sigrid Moldestad is a vibrant and versatile artist with exceptional communicative abilities. New songs, old songs, strong and beautiful stories. Her fiddling and singing bring out both tears and laughter. In her latest project, she tells stories about lived lives, new life and the feeling of uneasiness and restlessness, joined by Sigbjrn Apeland (harmonium), Jrgen Sandvik (guitar, banjo, mandolin) and Anders Hall (fiddle, viola, Hardanger fiddle). Sigrid Moldestad was awarded the Norwegian Grammy 2007 for the album "Taus". New album to be released 2010.
