BIO *****
Edith was born in the north of Mexico. When she was still a teenager she was granted a scholarship at "Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes" in Mexico City. Later on, she studied with the famous conductor Enrique Patrón. Edith worked as a singer in theatre, television and opera and she has also worked with internationally acclaimed artists, such as Juan Gabriel, Amparo Ochoa and Lola Beltran. She is currently living in Copenhagen Denmark, and is the leader of her own band "Latincacao",dedicated to Mexican and Latin American folk music.
