The Suwalski Worldclub mix the rhythms of La Habana's streets with the harmonies from New York's jazzclubs.

With "Welcome To The Worldclub" the band entered the finals of the Danish Worldmusic Awards.

Half of the musicians in The Suwalski Worldclub are Cubans, and among them are some of the most influential stylistic innovators of modern Cuban music.

The addition of Ben Webster awardwinner Bob Rockwell creates a base for musical experiences that relates back to American Bebop as well as Cuban dancemusic.

The repertoire covers a wide field, and consists of salsa, timba and latin jazz with vocal choruses. The connecting elements in the music are the chorus arrangements and the exciting rhythm section, making a danceable background for the jazz inspired harmonies.
