Iberoamerica Musical / EXIB Música

EXIB Música is a Trade Fair, held annually and based in Bilbao (Spain) that brings together the Iberoamerican (Latin America + Spain + Portugal) musical community with European musical professionals.

EXIB Música is the setting for all the realities of Iberoamerican music -its trends, styles and identities, as well as the Forum where alternatives can be provided to these realities, dialogue is encouraged and help offered to design strategies.

AIMS.-
The aims of the Ibero-American Music Expo - EXIB Música are framed in accordance with five premises, through which the expo designs its contents:
1.- IMPULSE
Disseminating the wide variety of genres from all over Ibero-America, through small- format live concerts that are open to the general public in Europe.
2.- COMMITMENT
Reinventing cooperation formulas by getting to know the cultural reality of Ibero- America (Spain, Portugal and Latin America) better, and carrying out activities that encourage collaboration between professionals in the Latin American musical sector and the world.
3.- DIVERSITY
Carrying out exchanges with music as a framework: producing events framed within the context of the Expo able to display the musical and cultural diversity of Ibero- America.
4.- INDUSTRY
Consolidating a space for exchanging goods and services between the music industry of Latin America and Europe and the rest of the world, based on the practice of cooperation as an exceptional value.
5.- IDENTITY
Expressing beliefs, values, customs and symbols through programming activities that help to make the multiple identities of Ibero-America better-known.
