I-Science is a group of musical pirates playing afro-soul-rock fusion. Based in Senegal, they represent several countries:
Senegal, Italy, Egypt, Gabon, Benin, Spain, France and the Universe. By displaying their mixed identities, they raise the flag of
pan-Africanism and exchange that goes beyond cultural hierarchies.
They perform their original compositions that mix New Soul, Afro-beat, Rock and Jazz with traditional rhythms such as Sabar.
Their influences? Wasis Diop, Erykah Badu, Xalam 2, Baba Maal, and so many others...
Their wishes? To embark on a pirate's journey with the audience, into the world of dreams and the unconscious, in search of
the greatest treasure: the child that hides inside each of us. All means are good: powerful rhythms, touching melodies, stage
play and participative interaction. Their aim? For everyone to go home with stars in their eyes and two words in their head, or
rather in their heart: ndeye san!
