Michel Tasky is a Brazilian singer born in Belgium who has been developing his artistic activies from Rio de Janeiro, where he lives for the past 24 years. His third CD "Um Malandro em Paris" has been released in 2014 and launched sofar in Brazil and Belgium. Michel Tasky is graduated in Brazilian Popular Musica and arrangements from the Brazilian University Unirio and plays the piano, cavaquinho and acordeon. His band is a "gafieira" type, which means pretty much a jazz combo, which was very common in Brazil in the 50s. His album counts 10 arrangements with 10 different arrangers, all great Brazilian Musicians. The CD has been launched by Tratore but Michel is looking for partners and local labels abroad. Since abril 2022, Michel Tasky moved to Lisbon where he spends most of his time.
