Metronome was founded in 1992 originally as a record production company. The label (www.metronome.co.uk) is the winner of several international awards, recent releases include Joglaresa's "Al-Andalus" - Songs of Medieval Spain and the Pearl of Africa Children's Choir "Songs and Dances from Uganda". In 2002 the company began offering distribution service in the UK for labels, bands and artists (www.metronomedistribution.co.uk). We have a team of 3 salesmen and provide PR support for labels who want a dedicated team working for them in the UK. We are located in Cornwall in the South West of Britain where we are also active in small scale concert promotion and tour planning for a network of 70 small venues.
