During lockdown, Pedro Iaco and Manuel Linhares were part of the online Sarau Tedx São Paulo, in May where they present a video made long distance with Pedro Iaco at Brazil and Manuel Linhares at Portugal.

Pedro Iaco and Manuel Linhares are on the Official Selection of Exib música live Setúbal 2020, where they will perform digitally on the 29th of October.

Pedro Iaco – Brazil - and Manuel Linhares – Portugal - met each other at New York at CircleSongs Bobby Mcferrin workshop and they immediately found similarities.

To Portugal, the duo has been performing since 2018, where they showcased at Porto and Lisboa. On the same summer they played at France, New York, and Brazil. On summer of 2019 they return and had concerts once again at Lisbon and Porto and in Coimbra and made some interviews and tv shows appearances.
Pedro Iaco and Manuel Linhares show get together original themes from both singers, as well well-known musics from Vinicius de Moraes, Baden Powell and Guinga. On top, they add the vocal improvisation, the one skill that make their shows unique.
Manuel Linhares comes from jazz and Pedro Iaco from MPB, and with two voices and the seven-string guitar they stripe their compositions to something else.
Both singers have solo releases, Manuel Linhares it is an upcoming name on the Portuguese jazz scene and released two albums – “Traces of cities” (2013) and “Boundaries” (2019). Both made of original songs. On the side, the singer from Porto develops work around the vocal improvisation and circle singing with workshops and retreats.
Pedro Iaco edited in 2017 “Rio Escuro” with Giovanni Iasi, a solo Ep in 2019 named “Pedro Iaco” and countless singles: live version of Fada Madrinha or Rio Escuro.
