Lecture about Hip Hop culture

Professor Abdoulaye Niang, who did his doctoral thesis on Hip Hop is a teaching sociology at Gaston Berger university of Saint-Louis of Senegal. He made the trip to Rosso during the 17th edition of the @ 2HCiRosso festival to host the usual opening conference of the festivities with the presence of Mr Mouminy Ba artistic director of the festival as moderator. The prefect of the department, imams, grassroots community organizations and all other layers of the population were well represented.
The festival is the only cultural activity in the Walo area, hence the attachment of the populations to this annual event.
We are still looking for exchange partners in order to better participate in the cultural development of this city which is a junction point between black Africa and the Maghreb.
