María del Mar Moreno is currently the most faithful representative of genuine Jerez´s Flamenco, her style is
reminiscent of the ancient dance, but she is aware of her time.
She has participated in numerous national and international festivals and perform her shows in diverse spaces such as the Philharmonic of Kuala Lumpur, the Opera of Amsterdam, or the most important Theaters of Seville, Madrid, Milan, Cairo, Bordeaux, among many others in the world.
Along her career, she treasures significant awards and recognitions, as the desired Audience Award of Festival de Jerez achived two times for her shows "Jerez Puro, Esencia"; and "De cal viva"
These creations are currently on tour, as well as their shows "Soníos negros"; "Mujeres de cal y cante", premiered at the Fiesta de la Bulería de Jerez 2019 of which María del Mar Moreno has been chosen as director; and "Memoria Viva", premiered last october at 2020 Seville´s Flamenco Bienal.
