Luiz Gabriel Lopes is a young songwriter who now lives in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. He's is one of the lead singers and composers of Graveola e o lixo polifonico, considered by critics and audience as one of the main groups of independent music in Brazil today. Has released two albums with the group and has just released his first solo album, called "Passando Portas" written and recorded in Lisbon, where he was living in recent months. His music reverberates with a rich tradition of Brazilian popular music, and also align itself with the most recent expression of indie and pop music, producing original songs at once refined and communicative.
