Byron Sánchez Cuarteto [BS4TO] was born with the idea of
creating a sonority with international projection,
making their music seek to approach the sound of contemporary jazz, their music has the influence o f Miles
Davis in the age of the 60s to 65s and of the new sounds
of New York jazz.
This quartet already has three albums, Expresión
(Expression)/2011, Entre Líneas (Between Lines)/2014
and Cuarteto (Quartet)/2016, all with the characteristic
of having been recorded in live session without any
subsequent edition.
BS4TO seeks always to perfect its sound and thus its
artistic projection in an international way,
The Quartet has been present in important stages of
different countries, such as LMS- Latin Minor Studies at
Berklee in Boston, La Plata Argentina, Arica
Parinacota Jazz International Festival in Chile,
Sunfest, Canada, Fringe festival, Canada
among others.
