Svante Sjoeblom is a veteran of the Scandinavian Blues scene. For the past ten years, the guitarist and singer from Southern Sweden has been on tour around the whole of the country and even played at most of the largest Blues festivals. He has also been received a number of awards.
Svante Sjoeblom music is deeply rooted in the traditions of the Deep South, as it sounded before the Second World War. Blues of course, but also old time country, gospel and ragtime.
"I Guess My Troubles" is Svante Sjoeblom debut album. It also gives a comprehensive picture of where our artist is today. We meet him both as a solo singer performing with acoustic guitar, and as a band leader taking his fellow musicians to unprecedented heights. Above all we meet the talented song writer, the virtuoso guitarist and the singer, full of deep emotion. Just remember, this is just the beginning. I guess his troubles have just begun...
