The present collection includes various methods of Tâleshi singing that has been adopted from throughout Iran's region of Tâlesh. The geographical area of this research contains such provinces as Rasht (Imâmzade Hâshem and Sarâvân), Shaft, Fuman, Mâsâl, Shânderman, Rezvânshahr, Parasar, Tâlesh, and âstârâ. Apart from a number of songs that have been excerpted from old recordings, others are all the ones recorded in the provinces and heights of Tâlesh. This research can present the interested with the course of Tâleshi songs' variations from southern to northern areas.
