Senegalese multi-instrumentalist musician and songwriter Cheikh Lo is considered one of the most original names in the African pop scene. Lô blends African melodies and traditional Burkinabé music with Cuban influences; Mbalax has developed his own style, described as a blend of reggae and soukous influences. Youssou N'Dour was very impressed when he first heard Cheikh Lo's unique music, and in 1995 he personally produced Cheikh Lo's first album "Ne La Thiass". Cheikh Lo is getting ready for an unforgettable concert on Friday, September 29th at 21:00 at CSO Ada Ankara MAIN HALL.
