Quite impressive singing style has the well-known Uzbek singer Gulzoda Khudoinazarova who was born in Bukhara in 1981. After finishing school, she applied for the Bukhara State University of Arts, department of «Traditional vocals». During her student years Gulzoda took part in a number of republican competitions successfully. In 2001, at yet another Republican contest in Marghilan named after «Jurakhon Sultonov and Ma’murdjon Uzokov» she gained the 2nd place award. After having completed the education there, she was accepted at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. Distinguishing singer of her time Gulzoda again got awarded at the 6th republican makam performers competition named after Yunus Radjabi. Being inspired by her successful performances she decided to give a solo concert the same year at «Zarafshan» concert hall for all the traditional music lovers. That same year she was awarded «Nihol» award on classical singing. Continuing pleasing her music fans she organized a next solo concert called «Istiqlol farzandiman» (Me as the generation of Independence) at «Istiqlol» (Independence) arts center in 2004. During 2005-2007 she studied Music of the Orient Master Program at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. After having graduated from the Master Study, Gulzoda Khudoinazarova started her career at the makam ensemble named after Yunus Radjabi. Till now she is an active performer at the festivities like Independence day, Navruz, and the concerts dedicated to Teachers’ Day, Constitution Day and the Day of Country’s Defenders.
