PANCHO BRAÑAS FLAMENCO FUSION GRUPO
PANCHO BRAÑAS is a well-known Spanish Drummer and Percussionist who has worked together with great FLAMENCO artists like , “El Pele” , “Enrique Morente” , “J.M.Cañizares” , “Chonchi Heredia” , “Sal Marina” , “El Macareno” and with FLAMENCO FUSION artists like , “Las Ketchup” , “Jorge Pardo” , “Chano Dominguez” ,”Emilio Maya” , “Rubem Dantas” , “El Queco” ….
Recently, he produced his own record with the New York/Luxembourg based record label RubyFlower-Records , where you will find a mixture of Flamenco ,Jazz ,Brasilian and Arab Music.
There are 6 excellent musicians participating in his performance , (Flamenco Guitar , Flamenco Singer , Drums/Flamenco Cajon , Piano , Saxophone and Bass player) and 1 or more Flamenco Dancers could be included if the promoter needs or wishes that.
The performances will consists of both themes of the record and various themes of Flamenco such as , Bulerias , Sevillanas , Alegrias , or Soleá , in the traditional style.
We will be in Womex Seville 2006 and we would be very happy to meet up with you or make and appointment you to talk about any possible concerts. We also give Flamenco Cajon, Flamenco Guitar , Flamenco Voice or Flamenco Bass , Workshops.
