Previous Epic Fail sessions have dealt with the pressing issues of our time: serious mistakes, bullshit and assholes. This year, we tackle questions both practical and philosophical around the subject of ineptitude. The useless tend to have no idea that they fundamentally lack the core skills required for their occupation. How can you be sure this doesn't describe you? How do you keep working once you know this describes your boss? How can companies insulate themselves from the risk of incapable managers? Is there any hope for the confirmed cases?
