Let’s discuss and share the latest innovations and innovative approaches within classical music.
We are interested about anything: from cutting-edge technologies to ideas that withstand disruption; from new practices to put performers back on stage to inventive new performances or ways of composing to make the most of what you already have. It is not all about creating a new product or service which you can sell, but also about the need to focus on your existing business procedures to improve your efficiency.

Laila, by Esa-Pekka Salonen, Paula Vesala, Tuomas Norvio and Ekho Collective had its world premiere in the Almi Hall of the Finnish National Opera in August 2020. The interactive performance rejects traditional roles, as its music and visuality change in interaction with the audience. Laila is part of the Finnish National Opera and Ballet’s Opera Beyond project launched in 2018. The project, which continues for several years, aims to enhance performing arts experiences and to make the most of new technologies in opera and ballet. At first we’ll hear a presentation about Live streaming and other digital projects at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet by Mikko Hannuksela, Digital Media and Event Producer of FNOB.

After the presentation we can share ideas and thoughts about new innovations within Classical Music and also use the time for sharing our feelings and always so valuable peer support.
