What are you doing to improve your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others?
It’s ok to not be ok. Mental health is as important as physical health. Along with the rest of the world, the classical music industry is beginning to shift cultures and mind-sets to improve wellbeing across the sector.

By busting myths, sharing case studies and inspiring individuals and organisations with an interactive session around best practice, this session aims to explore the challenges of mental health issues and how to improve ‘wellbeing’ within existing cultures from different workplace sectors of the arts industry.

Join Laura Edralin from the Royal Albert Hall, Joe Hastings from Help Musicians UK and Sophie Lewis from National Children’s Orchestra for a whistle-stop tour on improving your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others from within the arts.
