That's a wrap! The 24th edition of WOMEX has taken another trip around the sun.
After receiving this year’s WOMEX Artist Award, Kronos Quartet took the stage of the Auditorio Alfredo Kraus marking the final showcase of WOMEX 18 with a sublime performance. ShoShona Kish (Digging Roots) delivered an empowering speech calling for bravery, unity and action upon accepting the WOMEX 18 Professional Excellence Award while Glitterbeat Records reminded us of the magical moments that drive us in this business and took home the WOMEX Label Award.
