As our call for proposal is closed (thank you again for a record number of proposals from 50+ countries) these are the basic dates and actions to look out for:

Registration opens - February:
First conference and showcase programme announced - 23 February:
Smart Rate Deadline (i. e. prices go up, be an early bird!) - March/April:
Complete programme information - 13 May:
Opening of Classical:NEXT at the Pierre Boulez Saal (evening) - 14–17 May:
Day- and nighttime programme at Colosseum and Holzmarkt 25
Basic itinerary for 14–16 May:

Colosseum (daytime venue)
10:00–18:00 Expo (opens 12:00 on Tuesday, set-up starts at 9:00)
10:00–18:00 Conference sessions, meet-ups, mentorings at Colosseum
12:00–13:15 Daytime showcases
14:00–16:15 Project pitches (75 min, start varies from day to day)
18:00 Expo and Colosseum close. Time to dine and network!
Holzmarkt (Säälchen and Kater Blau)
20:00–22:00 Evening showcases
22:15–late Club showcases
The finale, 16 and 17 May:

Closing, incl. Showcase and Innovation Award at Colosseum in the evening
