Austroborealia

Austroborealia began its cultural interchange activities in mid 2018 and has made presence in Sweden, Norway, Colombia and Cuba. The main objective in our projects is to facilitate the intercontinental bridging of cultures. We have visited South-American and European festivals, and organised small concerts, recitals and performances that offer pedagogic content to the visitors. Cultural content consumption in the 21st Century requires specific knowledge for reaching out to its ultimate beneficiaries. It is part of our preeminent mission to continue to develop a contact network amongst cultural agents; and this is why, translanguaging and interculturalism is one of the core components that have made part of our productions and multidisciplinary team, and they are also the reality of a ever-growing interconnectedness in the world of music and art.
