CARIBBEANDOWNLOAD.COM is the latest stage in the development of Impact Music HB, a music company that was set up in Sweden during the early 1990’s by John Francis, initially to represent African and Caribbean artists, musicians and producers wanting to establish themselves in Scandinavia.

Impact Music’s business was in the areas of management, concert tours, studio productions and music publishing.

Within its first three years of operations the company became the prime mover for African and Caribbean artists and bands performing in Scandinavia, and also for the distribution of World Music in the Nordic countries.

Artists such as BUNNY WAILER, THE WAILERS, GREGORY ISAACS, ASWAD, ARROW, SPARROW, LORD NELSON, MANU DIBANGO, YOUSSOU N’DOUR, MORY KANTE, OSIBISA and others established their names and sold their music in Scandinavia through the network created by Impact Music.

After achieving various levels of success with the labels, artists and producers on the international music scene, label boss, John Francis, is now set to face the challenge of developing music Caribbean Music for the digital age.

Also international consultation for artists, musicians, songwriters and labels already having management representation.

For the first time musicians in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States have been given the opportunity to have their works distributed and tracked for payment via professional international distributors of digital music.
