Cumbia Popular is the third album by the Colombian group Los Cumbia Stars. In this album, the band wanted to make perform a tribute to the tropical roots of cumbia, porro, bullerengue and mix it with some sounds of popular music.
This product featured the participation of historical groups from Discos Fuentes such as La Sonora Dinamita and Los Corraleros de Majagual, as well as young singers such as María Cristina Plata, Májida Issa, María Mulata.
