Play it again S.L. is a company dedicated to audiovisual production, multimedia content creation, cultural management and event programming within the so-called cultural industries, providing multimedia services to the different demands of both companies and institutions. Our lines of action are: creativity, innovation and environmental sustainability through cultural projects with a clear didactic and educational work.
We currently have the "Guitar Fab-Lab" laboratory based in the Science Park in Granada, dedicated to research and dissemination of the Spanish guitar and its makers, as well as "Cajón Expo", a project to disseminate Spanish percussion and its relationship with world music. We carry out daily educational programmes for schools, families and visitors in general. We also collaborate with the exhibition "Play, music and science" -currently at the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia- with a thematic space dedicated to the Spanish guitar. We are certain of the clear positive impact of these activities for the general public.
Our work for the audiovisual industry focuses on cataloguing craft heritage and creating multimedia material for on-line learning. We have worked on different European programmes for the University of Granada, Instituto Cervantes, Omau Málaga, Diputación de Granada, Diputación de Málaga and national and international festivals such as Womex, Flamenco Festival London-New York, CAJONEA (International Flamenco Cajon Festival of Torrox-Málaga), Cubadisco and Festival Rafael Santacruz de Lima. We are currently collaborating with research programmes for the University of Granada.
We have presented documentary films such as "Tan cerca Tan lejos" and "Zarbahe, La naturaleza del Flamenco" at the Cervantes Institutes in Tetuan, New York, London and St. Petersburg.
The collaborations in documentaries for the TVE programme "Imprescindibles" about flamenco artists such as Jorge Pardo or Enrique Morente endorse our trajectory, as well as our participation in the documentary film "Omega" directed by José Sánchez Montes and Gervasio Sánchez, nominated for the 2016 Goya award.
