ArtConnects is a Brussels based booking agency for artists and groups from various countries who are mainly rooted in the Ottoman makam music or Eastern modal music but who connect their musical background and tradition to a wider musical experience in the frame of worldwide music.
ArtConnects sees music as the foremost important art form which can lead to cultural encounters, building bridges between communities and traditions and connecting people with friendship and respect through the universal language of music. We are convinced that in this way we can contribute to a better world!
