Since 2001, La Compagnie du Nord has been dedicated to developing the careers of professional artists in Quebec's Trad scene. Thanks to its commitment and the quality of its work, the company is recognized by the main government agencies supporting specialized music in Canada. Today, La Compagnie du Nord represents both established and emerging artists, including Le Vent du Nord (Official Womex 11), Grosse Isle (Womex 21), Nicolas Pellerin & Les Grands Hurleurs (Womex 19), De Temps Antan (Womex 12) and Prairie Comeau.
