art.e.m | artists & event management was founded in Berlin by native Viennese Birgit Bogner. The agency operates in Germany and internationally for artists and projects mainly in the fields of global & world music, blues, jazz and cross over styles.

Since 2009 art.e.m organizes and manages the „EUROPE BLUES TRAIN FESTIVAL“, a series of concerts presenting blues music „made in Europe“.
