Hotels For Delegates | WOMEX 25
The following hotels and hostels offer WOMEX participants accommodation with various offers.
Please note that the special rates are only applicable to fully registered delegates.
The hotels have quota reservations for the event, so please note that we cannot guarantee that you will get the room you want at the offer price during the booking phase.
All prices are per night and include VAT 14%. If the value added tax changes, it will be added to the prices.

WOMEX is not affiliated with any hotel or responsible for the final cost charged by the hotel in regards to cancellation of the booking under any circumstances. All rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Hotels have limited capacity, if the rooms are fully booked, delegates may be required to make a booking at an upgraded price. All deals are done directly between the delegates and the hotels.
