Every year, WOMEX puts together a diverse programme for delegates and festival visitors alike - and we want your proposals! If you would like to perform as a showcase artist or DJ / producer, present your film or spread your knowledge as a conference speaker or expert mentor, send in your application.
The Call for Proposals for Showcases, Conference and Film 2023 is now closed.
Following the Call for Proposals, the WOMEX 23 Jury is now revealed.
Every year, our Jury is made up of seven international members, who will select the showcase and conference programme, plus the Club Summit Curator as well as the in-house Film Team who will curate the Film Programme. Together, they will be hand-picking the most promising and innovative ideas for our programme.

It's time to start considering the opportunities we offer to companies who want to promote themselves through WOMEX. Whether it be a banner on our website, a page in the guide book or a spot on delegate bag inserts, lanyards or wristbands, you should definitely take a look at all options and rates we offer.
Make sure to register before the deadline to secure the best price, fees will increase after the Smart Rate.

Since the introduction of the WOMEX Award in 1999, the list of extraordinary artists and professionals from our community deserving of this special praise has continued to grow. The award honours exceptional achievements in world music on the international level. The winners of the WOMEX 23 Awards will be announced in August 2023!
